Job Description

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies and improve website traffic and search rankings.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with designers and content writers to create high-performing ad creatives and digital assets.
  • Monitor digital trends and industry best practices to innovate strategies.
  • Branding & Communication:
  • Support in developing brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across internal and external channels.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all media and communication touchpoints.
  • Assist in creating impactful brand stories, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate internal communication efforts, product launches, and brand activation events.
  • Contribute to corporate storytelling and employer branding initiatives.
  • Requirements
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor/ Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and branding/communications.
  • Strong working knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in using design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
  • Exposure to video marketing, or event branding.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
