About the RoleLong Story is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing strategies to drive growth, visibility, and conversions across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Amazon Ads
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and copies.
- Track ad performance and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated with latest ad trends, platform updates, and performance marketing tools.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team to produce high-performing ad creatives.
Required Skills- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads & YouTube Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller / Vendor Ads.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
Experience & Qualification- 12 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising.
- Relevant certification in Google or Meta Ads is a plus.
