Job Summary
- The Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting merchants (salons, parlours, spas, Tattoo studios service providers) onto the Brabima app, ensuring smooth activation and continued engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential merchants in assigned areas
- Explain the app features, benefits, and commission model clearly
- Onboard merchants by collecting required documents and details
- Assist merchants in app installation, profile setup, and service listing
- Coordinate with internal teams for merchant verification and activation
- Train merchants on order management, bookings, and payments
- Resolve basic merchant queries and provide ongoing support
- Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets
- Maintain accurate merchant data and onboarding reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum +2 / Graduation preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
- Ability to work in the field and meet targets
- Local area knowledge is an advantage
- Two wheeler and valid Driving licence
Experience
- Fresher or 02 years experience in sales, marketing, or field operations
- Experience in merchant onboarding or app-based platforms preferred
