Role Overview
Responsible for driving visitor footfall, brand visibility, marketing collaborations and digital promotion of the museum.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Support targeted marketing plans to increase visitor numbers.
Identify audience segments & conduct market research.
Digital Marketing
Manage social media platforms and campaigns.
Execute paid ads (Meta/Google) and improve SEO & website traffic.
Coordinate content shoots.
Partnerships & Outreach
Build collaborations with schools, colleges, corporates, academies and tourism partners.
Convert outreach leads into bookings.
Events & Promotions
Support cricket-themed events, workshops and player interactions.
Execute festival & match-season campaigns.
Content & Creative Support
Write copy for posts, brochures and mailers.
Coordinate with designers.
Reporting & Analytics
Track campaign performance & ROI.
Maintain weekly/monthly reports.
Visitor Engagement
Understand visitor profiles and promote loyalty programs.
Support CRM communication.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business or relevant field.
13 years experience (sports/tourism/entertainment preferred).
Digital marketing + communication skills mandatory.
Basic design skills preferred.
Passion for cricket is a strong advantage.
