Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales efforts. The role will also involve coordinating marketing campaigns and analyzing campaign performance to drive results.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and gather insights
- offline marketing experience i.e ATL, BTL activities , vendor management,360 degrees marketing campaign
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Sales and Marketing skills to execute campaigns, generate leads, and drive customer engagement
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems creatively
- Proficiency in marketing tools and techniques, and familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
