We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who can own our brand's presence across digital
and offline channels, drive qualified lead generation for our projects, and work closely with the sales
team to convert interest into site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and run lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor ad performance daily, optimise budgets, and report on CPL and conversion metrics
- Manage and grow organic social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create and schedule engaging content — posts, reels, stories — aligned with project launches
Brand & Collateral
- Coordinate with designers and vendors for brochures, hoardings, banners, and site signage
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — digital, print, and on-site
- Maintain a library of project assets: photos, videos, floor plans, and renders
Events & Activations
- Organise and manage property expos, open house events, and broker meets
- Coordinate site visit logistics and customer experience at project locations
Research & Reporting
- Track competitor projects, pricing, and marketing activities in target micro-markets
- Prepare weekly marketing reports covering leads, spends, engagement, and conversions
- Manage the CRM pipeline — ensure leads are tagged, followed up, and handed to sales promptly
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, proptech, or a related field
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Kannada
- Comfortable with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Good to Have
- Prior experience marketing residential plots or apartment projects
- Knowledge of Bangalore's real estate micro-markets
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Basic video editing skills for reels and property walkthroughs
