Acveti is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support our brand growth, lead generation, and market presence in the IT staffing and software services space. The ideal candidate will execute marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, and collaborate with sales to drive qualified leads and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant platforms
- Create and manage content for social media, blogs, case studies, and marketing collaterals
- Support lead generation activities for IT staffing, staff augmentation, and software services
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and follow-ups
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports and insights
- Assist in branding, website updates, and promotional activities
- Research market trends, competitors, and target audiences
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in marketing (IT services or B2B preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially LinkedIn and email marketing
- Good content writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with basic marketing tools (Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
