Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to manage our social media presence, digital engagement, and brand communication. The role involves planning and executing content, handling online queries, coordinating with external marketing agencies, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage and handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Respond to DMs, comments, and online queries in a timely and professional manner
Ensure consistent engagement with leads and followers
2. Content Planning & Execution
3. Digital Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities
Work closely with external digital marketing agencies for:
oPaid campaigns
oLead generation activities
oCreative execution
Ensure campaigns are executed as per plan and timelines
4. Brand Management
Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visuals
Ensure all platforms are updated and aligned with current campaigns
Highlight success stories, client journeys, and achievements
5. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams (sales/operations) for content and updates
Track basic performance metrics (engagement, leads, responses)
Share regular updates on social media performance and activities
6. Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills
Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn
Basic understanding of content creation and social media trends
Ability to plan and execute content independently
Comfortable coordinating with external agencies
Basic photography/video skills (mobile-based is sufficient)
7. Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience with Canva, reels editing, or basic design tools
Understanding of digital marketing campaigns (ads, lead gen)
Prior experience in service-based or recruitment industry
8. Ideal Candidate
Organized and execution-focused
Creative but also disciplined with timelines
Comfortable handling both planning and on-ground content creation
Able to take ownership of social media end-to-end
