Key Responsibilities:
Technical Marketing Support
- Understand products, manufacturing processes, and technical specifications in depth.
- Translate technical features into marketable solutions for clients.
- Provide technical input to marketing campaigns, brochures, and product presentations.
Client Engagement and Sales Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Respond to technical queries from customers and provide solutions aligned with production capabilities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for clients.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to the production and engineering teams for product development or improvement.
- Analyze feedback from clients to suggest product enhancements or new offerings.
Product Launch and Promotion
- Support product launches with technical training for sales teams and marketing personnel.
- Create and maintain technical content for product catalogs, presentations, and digital platforms.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client events.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and marketing strategies.
- Assist in resolving technical issues related to client requirements or product specifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in products and services.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing engineering, technical sales, or product marketing in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering concepts, and product specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software, and technical documentation.
