Job Description

Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies in alignment with industry standards.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay structures and benefits offerings.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design performance-based reward systems.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws in all compensation and benefits programs.
Manage the annual salary review process and bonus distribution plans.
Analyze compensation trends within the transport and distribution industry to recommend adjustments.
Provide guidance and training to HR teams and managers on compensation policies and practices.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on compensation and benefits data.

The Successful Applicant

A successful C&B Manager should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management within the transport and distribution industry.
Knowledge of third-party logistics operations and their specific HR requirements.
Strong analytical skills for market benchmarking and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with compliance standards and labor laws in the Pune region.
Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing compensation and benefits programs.
