We are seeking an Advocate specializing in Real Estate to join our team in Nigdi, Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance on real estate transactions and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Advise clients on various real estate matters, including property acquisition, leasing, and development.
- Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents pertaining to real estate.
- Represent clients in negotiations and before regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in real estate law or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in India.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Ability to analyze complex legal documents and provide sound legal advice.
