Role Summary
We are hiring a Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to support the setup, launch, monitoring, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a campaign operations role, not a strategy or content creation role.
The person in this role will take approved strategy, copy, creative assets, templates, and SOPs developed by others and turn them into accurately built, properly connected, and well-monitoredcampaigns across our marketing stack. Success depends on operational precision, strong platform fluency, disciplined QA, and the ability to follow established processes consistently.
This role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working during swing shift hours of 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST. It is ideal for a candidate who thrives on operational accuracy, follows SOPs precisely, and takes ownership of execution quality rather than strategy ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Setup and Campaign Building
- Build and configure campaigns and automated workflows across HubSpot, Zapier, Instantly.ai, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager using approved strategy, copy, creative assets, targeting, and campaign structure.
- Ensure all campaign components are built accurately, connected correctly, and launched according to SOPs, timelines, naming conventions, and QA standards.
- Perform prelaunch checks to verify links, forms, automation, tracking, tags, redirects, notifications, and campaign associations.
HubSpot Operations
- Add workflow branches to existing sequences following established naming conventions, enrollment criteria, logic rules, and step structures.
- Create campaigns with correct tagging, associations, and internal organization standards.
- Build contact forms with proper notifications, blocked domains, redirect URLs, and field mapping.
- Create marketing emails with correct booking links, workflow associations, spam suppression logic, and formatting.
- Build ad landing pages and thank you pages from approved templates and source documents.
- Ensure landing pages are populated correctly, reviewed for design accuracy, set to the correct publication status, and connected to the right forms, emails, and workflows.
Paid and Outbound Campaign Execution
- Set up Meta, Google,and LinkedIn campaigns, ad sets, and ads using provided settings, copy, images, and tracking requirements.
- Build and manage outbound campaign execution in Instantly.ai using approved lead lists, messaging sequences, sending rules, and hygiene standards.
- Use Zapier to support integrations and operational workflows across tools as needed.
Tracking, Tagging, and Technical Operations
- Implement and validate campaign tracking across platforms.
- Support LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion and tracking setup.
- Verify that tags, events, pixels, UTMs, conversion actions, and reporting structures are working correctly before and after launch.
- Troubleshoot issues related to campaign connectivity, form routing, tagging, attribution, and automation handoffs, and escalate technical issues clearly when needed.
Daily Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor campaign health and KPIs on a daily basis across all active platforms.
- Identify delivery issues, tracking problems, list quality issues, or performance anomalies, and flag them promptly.
- Run performance analysis and generate reports for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate dashboards, reporting files, campaign status updates, and clear internal documentation.
List Hygiene and Operational Quality Control
- Maintain lead list and cold email list hygiene.
- Review data for formatting issues, duplicates, missing fields, blocked domains, invalid records, and campaign readiness.
- Support spam suppression management, segmentation readiness, and contact data cleanliness.
- Follow internal QA processes to reduce execution errors and improve campaign reliability.

- This role does not write campaign copy or create visual assets.
- This role does not decide messaging, audience strategy, or creative direction.
This role is intended for someone who prefers seamless campaign execution, platform operations, process adherence, and operational ownership.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, digital marketing execution, or marketing automation support.
- Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns, forms, emails, workflows, and landing pages inside HubSpot.
- Working proficiency with tools like Zapier, Instantly.ai, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with campaign QA, tagging, naming conventions, workflow logic, and cross-platform setup.
- Strong understanding of lead routing, form handling, automation associations, and marketing data accuracy.
- Experience monitoring KPIs and preparing campaign performance reports.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign builds and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a role centered on execution rather than strategy ownership.
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills for internal coordination and reporting.

Work Schedule
This position requires swing shift hours: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST, Monday through Friday, or as otherwise required by campaign launch schedules and operational priorities.
Compensation
This is a full-time employee role based in Jaipur or Bangalore, India.
Compensation will be competitive and based on experience, platform depth, and hands-on capability with HubSpot operations, ad platform execution, tracking implementation, and reporting.
