Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager who understands both the IT services and marketing solutions landscape. You will drive lead generation, strategic partnerships, and client acquisition across verticals, helping to position Nexedge as a go-to partner for digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services (e.g., custom software, platform development, digital transformation) and marketing services (e.g., performance marketing, brand strategy, content solutions).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal tech and creative teams to align client needs with customized service offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Represent Nexedge at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.
  • Use CRM tools to track sales activity, manage pipelines, and report on performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 37 years of business development or client acquisition experience in IT and/or marketing domains.
  • Strong understanding of IT services (e.g., SaaS, product development, system integration) and digital marketing (SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, branding).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
