Position Overview

Monk Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Digital Marketing sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international B2B sales and a solid understanding of the complete digital marketing ecosystem. This role requires strategic thinking, strong client acquisition skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive international business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new B2B opportunities

Develop and execute outbound sales strategies via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other digital channels

Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to negotiation and deal closure

Pitch digital marketing and technology solutions including SEO, SEM, SMM, Performance Marketing, Web Development, and Mobile App Development to global clients via Zoom, Google Meet, or other virtual platforms

Understand client business goals and propose customized digital solutions

Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately

Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and account management teams

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM tools

Analyze international market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Mentor and guide junior business development executives, if required

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the Digital Marketing industry

Must have prior experience working with international clients and handling global B2B accounts

Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Web Development

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities

Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects simultaneously

Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Proven track record of closing deals with overseas clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC, etc. if applicable)
