Key Responsibilities
● Build and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app, and other digital touchpoints to deliver cohesive customer experiences
● Develop and maintain data segmentation strategies using SQL to enable precise audience targeting and personalization
● Design, build, and optimize automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to improve campaign efficiency and platform performance
● Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, analytics) to translate business objectives into scalable campaign strategies
● Monitor campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion
● Ensure data integrity and quality across marketing systems and platforms
● Document processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices to support team knowledge sharing and operational scalability.
Qualifications
● 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM marketing, or a related field
● Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, segmentation, and analysis
● Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and AMPscript
● Proven track record of developing and implementing omnichannel marketing campaigns
● Experience with data segmentation and audience targeting strategies.
