This is a hybrid contract role until end of Dec 2026 (potential to extend) with a US MNC tech giant in Singapore.
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Scaled Solutions team, supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a strong blend of technical and marketing expertise to drive impactful, data-driven customer engagement at scale for global markets.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app, and other digital touchpoints to deliver cohesive customer experiences
- Develop and maintain data segmentation strategies using SQL to enable precise audience targeting and personalization
- Design, build, and optimize automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to improve campaign efficiency and platform performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, analytics) to translate business objectives into scalable campaign strategies
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion
- Ensure data integrity and quality across marketing systems and platforms
- Document processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices to support team knowledge sharing and operational scalability
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM marketing, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, segmentation, and analysis
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and AMPscript
- Proven track record of developing and implementing omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Experience with data segmentation and audience targeting strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
