About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, technical, and highly organized individual who can take ownership of day-to-day technical operations, automations, and process improvements for our growing mobile salon business. This person will work closely with the founder, take over many of the current responsibilities, and independently drive new initiatives without waiting for task-by-task instructions.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and exploring new software solutions that help the business scale.
Key Responsibilities1. Technical Automation & Tools Setup- Research, evaluate, and implement new SaaS tools for business automation (CRM enhancements, AI agents, B2B prospecting, cold calling tools, etc.).
- Set up and manage AI call-handling systems to streamline inbound calls.
- Build and maintain marketing automations using platforms like Zoho, Zapier, Make.com, Google Cloud, etc.
2. Systems Maintenance & Vendor Coordination- Act as the primary contact with our SaaS booking software provider reporting bugs, following up on feature requests, and testing updates.
- Conduct regular audits of tools and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
3. Marketing & Growth Support- Coordinate with external teams such as Meta Ads agency and ensure campaigns are aligned and optimized.
- Oversee SEO initiatives including keyword review, technical SEO checks, and content strategy direction.
- Monitor user behaviour insights through Microsoft Clarity and recommend improvements.
4. Data & Operations Support- Assist in preparing service provider salary sheets and extracting relevant data from the CRM.
- Work with BigQuery/Sheets or similar tools to structure clean data for analysis.
- Support any other operational automation projects as needed (e.g., webhook processing, payment reconciliation, etc.).
Required Skills & Experience- Strong understanding of SaaS tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zoho, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to learn new software quickly and run PoCs independently.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, SEO fundamentals).
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors, agencies, and technical teams.
- Good analytical skills; familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or basic data handling.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
