In-Hand Salary: Up to 50,000 per month (based on experience and skill fit)

Work Timing: 9 AM to 7 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in a start-up environment

WOMN Wellness is a fast-growing women wellness brand focused on hormonal health, nutrition, and building a strong consumer-first wellness ecosystem.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will work closely with the Founder's Office and will be expected to own outcomes, not just complete tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales

Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads with performance accountability

Create marketing creatives using Canva for ads, social media, and campaigns

Handle influencer marketing end-to-end including shortlisting, outreach, negotiation, and coordination

Manage daily Instagram operations including posting, engagement, and community response

Track campaign performance metrics and generate structured reports

Coordinate with designers, editors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution

Support product launches, promotions, and growth experiments

Mandatory Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Don't Meet These)

Minimum 1 year experience working in a startup

Hands-on experience running Meta Ads

Strong working knowledge of Canva

Experience handling influencer marketing campaigns

Comfortable working full-time from office
