Job Title: Marketing Associate

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Marketing Associate to support marketing and student acquisition activities for NEET and JEE programs. The role involves on-ground promotions, visiting branches/centres, school and college outreach, and lead generation to drive enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-ground marketing activities to promote NEET & JEE courses
- Visit company branches/centres regularly to support local marketing and enrollment initiatives
- Visit schools, junior colleges, coaching institutes, and market areas for student outreach
- Support lead generation through seminars, demo classes, career guidance sessions, and events
- Coordinate with centre heads, academic counsellors, and sales teams for lead follow-ups and conversions
- Distribute and manage marketing collaterals such as brochures, standees, and posters at centres
- Assist in organizing walk-ins, education fairs, centre events, and parent-student counseling sessions
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Support pre-admission and post-admission marketing activities
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 02 years of experience in education marketing or sales (NEET/JEE preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in interacting with students, parents, school authorities, and centre teams
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on the field
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in NEET, JEE, or Foundation course promotion
- Familiarity with branch/centre-level marketing activities
- Experience in conducting seminars, demos, or counseling sessions
