About the Role:
Love social media, creators, and brand collaborations This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes of influencer campaigns. As an Influencer Marketing Associate, you will collaborate with creators, manage campaigns end-to-end, and help brands tell impactful digital stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover and onboard influencers aligned with brand goals
- Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and content deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators
- Manage influencer communication, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Track campaign performance and maintain structured reports
- Stay updated with social media trends and creator landscape
- Support smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns
What We're Looking For:
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in influencer or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and meet campaign deadlines
- Basic knowledge of influencer metrics and reporting tools
