Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and analytical Marketing Associate with 23 years of experience in Marketing, Business, or Growth Strategy & Operations. This individual will play a critical role in unlocking growth through actionable insights, quicker experimentation, and scalable & automated processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy & Operations: Own and implement processes to scale growth channels consistently with predictable ROI
- Automation & Efficiency: Design and implement automated processes to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort across the marketing team.
- Growth Initiatives: Conceptualize, pitch, and own high-impact growth projects from ideation to execution that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Connect the dots between marketing metrics and business goals to influence strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering teams to ensure consistent and accurate data usage.
- Marketing Data Analysis: Understand and analyze performance across marketing channels (Google, Meta, etc.) and correlate with internal data.
- Experimentation Insights: Design marketing experiments for better reach & efficiency. Build reports and present insights from growth and marketing experiments for informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of experience as an operator in a startup or reputed organizationHave driven programs and initiatives at scale
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets you should be comfortable querying complex datasets and building dashboards or reports.
- Hands-on experience with automation workflows using tools of your preference.
- Understanding of data systems and pipelines ability to work with raw data, understand source systems, and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
- Strong first principles thinking break down complex problems and craft structured, insightful solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and business intuition ability to drive impact through data and narrative.
- Great communication and storytelling ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, AppsFlyer, etc.
- Experience in a subscription-based or consumer-tech business.
