As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing compelling content that educates, engages, and inspires our target audience. You will be responsible for supporting demand generation, elevating our brand voice, and driving growth through storytelling.

With a passion for technology, strong writing skills, and a solid understanding of content marketing strategies and AI tools, you will work closely with the Growth, Product, and Sales teams to produce platform-native content that resonates across the customer journey.

What will you do

Support Demand & Sales

• Partner with growth, product, and sales teams to align content with buyer pain points and funnel stages.

• Create sales enablement content such as battle cards, one-pagers, comparison pages, and playbooks.

Own Brand + Messaging

• Define and evolve Ennoventure s brand tone, visual language, and messaging.

• Build and maintain a brand playbook to guide internal teams and external-facing content.

Create Platform-Native Content

• Develop tailored content for various platforms and formats:

o LinkedIn: Thought leadership content, carousels and founder POVs.

o Website: SEO blogs, product pages, resource hubs.

o Email: Drip campaigns, newsletters, product updates.

o Sales Collateral: Case studies, decks, one-pagers.

o Video/YouTube: Explainer scripts, testimonials, shorts.

o Ads: Concepts and copy for paid social, search, and retargeting.

•Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and engagement.

Use AI to Scale Content Ops

• Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, and Midjourney to accelerate ideation, scripting, and design

• Implement AI-assisted workflows to improve content velocity and maintain quality.

Drive Growth Through Storytelling

• Create narrative-led content that supports acquisition, nurturing, and conversion.

• Collaborate closely with sales and growth to generate content that supports pipeline generation.

Measure & Improve

• Track content performance via GA4, HubSpot, and LinkedIn analytics.

• Use insights to refine messaging, cadence, and format strategy.

What do we look for at Ennoventure

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation or brand marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech.

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Strong understanding of digital content formats and multi-channel marketing.

• Familiarity with content and AI tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Canva, Descript).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a positive, learning-oriented mindset.

• Self-starter with excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
