Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to drive the day-to-day execution of our social media and lead generation activities.

This role focuses on consistent execution, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure campaigns and content are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Execution

• Manage and execute the content calendar across platforms
• Coordinate with design/video teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives
• Write and edit captions and post copy when required
• Monitor engagement and respond or escalate as needed

Paid Campaigns

• Execute and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms
• Support campaign setup including targeting, budgeting, and testing
• Track performance metrics (CTR, CPL, reach) and suggest improvements

Lead Management (Good to Have)

• Support lead generation via LinkedIn and outbound tools
• Track and manage inbound leads from campaigns
• Maintain and update lead tracking sheets

Reporting

• Prepare weekly performance reports
• Share key insights on campaign performance and content effectiveness

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn campaigns
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Based in Bengaluru and available to work from office

Good to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, or similar platforms
• Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM tools
• Basic understanding of video/content formats
