Marketing Associate

Office Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Position description: Dynamic professional driving marketing initiatives, executing campaigns, and contributing to strategic planning at the executive level to enhance brand visibility and achieve organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable results.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, identify trends, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.
• Conducting meetings with existing parents.
• Conducting market visit meetings.
• Looking after the work of administration and generating leads for the organisation.
• Fixing meetings with existing parents and generating fresh leads for the organisation.
• Meeting new parents during a field visit to generate fresh leads.
• Conducting contests and events for the students for branding and promotion of the organisation.
• Creating positive buzz and awareness about the organisation in the market.
• Increasing visibility of the organisation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, business development, and ATL/BTL activities, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, brand promotion, and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with parents, students, and external partners.
• Proven ability to plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling market visits and outreach activities.
