Brand and Marketing Associate

Xaults is a NASSCOM-recognised deeptech startup building next-generation financial infrastructure for global trade and capital markets.

We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Associate to help shape the narrative around what we're building.

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

What you'll do

• Work closely with the Founder on brand, content, and communications
• Build narratives around finance, fintech, trade, and emerging financial infrastructure
• Create content for Social Media, website, presentations, and thought leadership
• Simplify complex financial and technology concepts into compelling stories
• Support events, PR and broader brand-building initiatives

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in brand building and marketing, preferably in a startup, ideally B2B fintech / SaaS
• Strong writing, storytelling, and research skills
• Genuine interest in finance, fintech, and financial markets
• Ability to understand complex concepts and communicate them simply
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and willingness to execute
• Blockchain / tokenisation knowledge is a plus
