About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Associate / Senior Associate to join our Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for someone who can plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, drive brand visibility, work with schools and local partners, and support strategic marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to support business goals

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies for brand positioning and student outreach

Track and report campaign performance with clear metrics and ROI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging

Secondary Responsibilities

Conduct school visits and interact with tuition teachers to promote PW initiatives

Organize and manage canopy activities, leaflet distribution, and outreach drives

Participate in on-ground events around schools, colleges, and coaching centers

Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, tuition centers, and academic partners

Attend and represent PW at school and college events, including annual functions and pre-exam interactions

Collect and upload data into the system accurately for reporting and analysis

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders

Hands-on experience in field marketing and on-ground promotional activities

Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve marketing efforts

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

14 years of experience in Marketing, Field Marketing, or Brand Promotion (EdTech experience preferred)

Proven experience in campaign execution and stakeholder engagement
