Responsibilities
- Planning and Executing Campaigns: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services.
- Market Research: Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Producing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Brand Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging and maintaining the company's brand image.
- Public Speaking and Advocacy: Represent the company at events, seminars, and webinars; Deliver engaging presentations to communicate project details and company vision; Act as a spokesperson for the brand in public forums.
- Collaboration: Working with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for inquiries and collaborations; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often required.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering is also preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing or a related field is a must.
- Experience is sought in public speaking and event coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to create compelling marketing messages with public speaking ability in both English and Hindi.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in data analysis to measure campaign performance and identify trends.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO, SEM, and social media management tools and documentation software.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
