What This Role Is About
We're looking for a hands-on marketer who can run performance campaigns, own social content, and support marketing across every channel we operate in D2C, retail, and marketplaces. This isn't a siloed role. You'll work across the full picture: from Meta ads to in-store launches to marketplace visibility.
We're a small, fast-moving team. Things change quickly, and priorities shift you'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity and owning your work end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and owned and third-party retail platforms including Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, and Quick Commerce channels directly or through agency partners
- Own the Instagram content calendar: planning, coordinating with creators and designers, ensuring consistent on-brand output
- Support marketing activations for retail channel partners and marketplace presence, not just D2C
- Track campaign metrics, prepare reports, and make data-backed recommendations
- Support new brand and product launches with integrated marketing plans
- Stay current on K-beauty trends, competitor activity, and what's resonating on social and in retail
You'd Be a Good Fit If You
- Have 13 years in digital marketing beauty, D2C, or FMCG preferred
- Are comfortable with ad dashboards and can hold your own with agency partners
- Have a strong instinct for Instagram content aesthetically and strategically
- Are organized enough to manage multiple brands and deadlines without hand-holding
- Have a genuine interest in skincare or the K-beauty space
