Grow Your Staff is looking for a Marketing Associate. This is a full-time remote position.

CTC: 3 LPA + Incentives

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Associate focusing on Outreach and Inbound Lead Generation, you will be a key player in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will involve reaching out to potential B2B clients, nurturing relationships, and generating qualified leads through strategic inbound marketing efforts.

Responsibilities 

• Take charge of impactful marketing outreach campaigns across platforms like email, LinkedIn, and Twitter to acquire new clients
• Create compelling Cold email content, Tweets, and LinkedIn messages
• Contribute to business growth by recognizing potential clients, carrying out data research, and ensuring effective follow-up.
• Work in close collaboration with the Outreach team to enhance your understanding of the industry.
• Devise and implement A/B tests with a focus on improving subject lines, email content, segmentation, and audience engagement.
• Drive enhancements in open rates, click-through rates, and other important metrics through the successful execution of A/B tests.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and generate weekly reports to guide informed decision-making

Qualifications 

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a high level of proficiency in English.
• Show familiarity with writing effective cold call scripts and email/Sales pitches.
• Exhibit expertise in utilizing LinkedIn and Twitter platforms.
• Display a proactive attitude towards learning diverse tools for lead generation through cold calling and email marketing.
• Preferably, possess 6 months to 1 year of outreach experience, with a focus on lead generation, although newcomers with proven abilities are encouraged to apply.
