Location: Miyapur, Hyderabad. (On-site)

Timings: US Shift (6:30 PM - 3: 00 AM IST)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Compensation: ₹3–4 LPA + performance-based incentives

About the Role

CloudIngest is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, CRM management, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be confident in researching prospects, managing outreach activities, and maintaining accurate campaign and contact data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target companies, decision-makers, and relevant business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and other research tools.
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach, including connection requests, follow-ups, direct messages, and engagement with prospects.
  • Support personalized email outreach campaigns, nurture sequences, and follow-up communication.
  • Manage lead, contact, company, and outreach data in HubSpot CRM.
  • Create and maintain email lists, lead segments, campaign records, and follow-up workflows.
  • Track outreach responses, meeting requests, lead status, and next steps accurately.
  • Assist with LinkedIn content, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, webinars, and event marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with business development and client partnership teams for qualified lead follow-up.
  • Help maintain data hygiene by updating incomplete records and removing duplicate contacts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, sales support, or business development.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM for contact management, email campaigns, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo.io for prospect research, contact discovery, lead enrichment, and list building.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
  • Strong written communication skills for professional outreach messages and email campaigns.
  • Good understanding of lead generation, follow-up processes, and CRM data management.
  • Strong research, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B technology, IT staffing, AI, digital learning, workforce development, or SaaS marketing.
  • Familiarity with Canva, email automation platforms, social media marketing, and webinar or event coordination.
