Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Associate to support customer retention and engagement initiatives across channels. The role involves campaign execution, customer segmentation, journey management, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to drive repeat purchases and customer lifecycle growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute CRM campaigns across channels such as WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and App/Web banners.
  2. Create and manage customer segments based on lifecycle, behavior, purchase history, and engagement.
  3. Coordinate with design, content, tech, and analytics teams for campaign execution.
  4. Monitor campaign performance including delivery, open rate, click-through rate, conversion, and revenue metrics.
  5. Support retention initiatives like repeat purchase journeys, app migration campaigns, loyalty programs, and reactivation campaigns.
  6. Ensure campaign hygiene, audience exclusions, and accurate targeting.
  7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.
  8. Assist in A/B testing of communication copies, offers, creatives, and customer journeys.
  9. Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution.
  10. Work on customer lifecycle automation and journey optimization using CRM tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  2. 0–2 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing.
  3. Basic understanding of CRM tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar platforms.
  4. Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
  5. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  7. Basic understanding of customer funnels and e-commerce metrics is preferred.
