Marketing & HR Associate

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Marketing & HR Associate who will work closely with our HR and Marketing functions to support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of research, creativity, and people processes, and is keen to build a career at the intersection of marketing, employer branding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Conduct research to identify potential client companies and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a structured lead database
- Support the business development team with relevant insights and data
2. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and digital platforms
- Create and publish content for employer branding and company visibility
- Support website updates, email campaigns, and brand initiatives
3. HR Operations Support
- Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, maintaining trackers)
- Support onboarding documentation and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain HR data, reports, and dashboards
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0 - 2 years of experience in HR, marketing, or research roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and digital marketing basics
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Highly organized with attention to detail
