Marketing Associate

We're not hiring a traditional marketer. We're looking for a creative builder, someone who's worked in tech, maybe as an engineer, data scientist or a product person, and is now drawn to branding, storytelling, and growth. No marketing degree or agency background required. Just an eye for quality, a bias for action, and the drive to build something big.

This is an AI-first company. Using AI to work faster, smarter, and more creatively is not a bonus, it's baseline.

Who you are

• You have a great eye for detail. You care about how things look, how they sound, and how they make people feel
• You're deeply creative. You're full of ideas and work with others to bring them to life
• You're hungry to grow. You want to move fast, take ownership, and learn on the job
• You're ambitious. You want to build an entire marketing function
• You're based in Bangalore and comfortable working closely with a fast-moving team
• 2-5 Years of work experience
