We are seeking a hands-on and AI First people manager to spearhead our Marketing operations, SDR operations, Research and Analytics function. The Associate Director of Marketing and SDR Operations will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling this function at Keka, working directly with the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and Sr. VP of Marketing.
The person along with his team owns, tracks and manages the entire funnel for the organization. The person also leads the market research and insights team to continually update our database/TAM. The individual will act as the bridge between marketing and SDR teams to deliver data-driven insights and own the entire lead management process.
Key Responsibilities
- Think AI first and transform the entire funnel being managed by AI with minimal manual intervention. Apply this thinking across digital and other processes that can be managed via AI
- Be a champion on the entire lead management process including generation, scoring, routing, attribution, allotment and result.
- Track the funnel pro-actively and intervene to plug leakages, manage ToFU and optimise conversions
- Co-own the entire pipeline generation motion with marketing team feeding right leads into the CRM
- Standardize campaign processes, workflows, and governance across the organization
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Own the marketing technology stack HubSpot and Salesforce and champion multiple AI tools to run experiments and drive better outcomes.
- Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards for self-serve visibility of the organization
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years in marketing operations, demand generation, or revenue operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of scaling marketing operations in SaaS/HRMS or enterprise software industries.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
