About the Role

We're looking for a sharp and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team at Closeloop. This role is perfect for an MBA fresher or someone with up to 1 year of marketing experience who wants to build a long-term career in digital marketing within the IT services space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead generation and digital marketing operations.
• Mine prospect and company data using LinkedIn, company websites, and online tools to collect verified contact information (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles) and company insights (website, size, revenue, mission, etc.).
• Upload and maintain lead data in Zoho CRM.
• Upload and publish content (blogs, service pages) on the website via CMS.
• Support SEO activities and basic on-page optimization tasks.
• Ensure quality and consistency of marketing data and content.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing or a relevant field.
• Strong interest in the technology world, especially IT services and software development.
• Excellent research and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing practices.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho is a plus).
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a full-fledged digital marketing role.
