Marketing Associate

Job Description: Marketing Associate 

Key Responsibilities 

∙Create compelling copy for newsletters, blogs, email campaigns, and 

marketing materials 

∙Develop and format content for newsletters and blog publishing 

∙Design basic graphics and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines 

∙Assist with art direction by maintaining consistency across marketing 

assets 

∙Implement and update web pages using WordPress and Elementor 

based on provided templates 

∙Edit short-form video content using CapCut for social media and 

marketing campaigns 

∙Execute marketing tasks using existing templates, workflows, and SOPs 

∙Collaborate with the team to support ongoing campaigns and 

initiatives 

∙Manage and organize marketing assets and content libraries 

∙Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks with high attention to detail 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

∙Strong copywriting and content creation skills 

∙Experience with newsletter and blog content development 

∙Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) 

∙Working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor 

∙Familiarity with CapCut or similar video editing tools 

∙Ability to follow SOPs and work within structured templates 

∙Strong organizational and time management skills 

∙Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

∙Good communication and collaboration

Salary- 20-22k (4 hours)
