We are seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site at our Bhubaneswar location. The role involves crafting and managing compelling social media content, developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing engagement metrics, and driving brand presence across platforms. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team to enhance digital marketing efforts and using innovative tools to maximize outreach and engagement on social platforms.

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategy development
• Excellent Communication skills including writing, editing, and interpersonal communication
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools to evaluate performance and drive improvements
• Ability to stay updated on digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Prior experience in E-learning or education-focused organizations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
