Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant located in New Delhi. The Marketing Assistant will support various marketing initiatives, conduct market research, and assist in developing sales and marketing strategies. Daily tasks will include customer service operations, managing communications, and providing support to team members during sales campaigns. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience with Market Research and the ability to analyze data to inform strategies and decisions.
- Knowledge in Sales and Sales & Marketing to support business growth and campaign execution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently when needed.
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the not-for-profit sector or similar industry is a plus.
