Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media andcommunicationcampaigns aligned with overallmarketingstrategies.

Create and optimize engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored for eachmarketingchannel and audience persona.

Lead content ideation and copywriting efforts to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.

Execute emailmarketingcampaigns across different customer journeys.

Act as a bridge between the brand and the community to build loyalty and advocacy.

Manage social community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and emails in a timely and engaging manner.

Monitor online feedback, reviews, and community sentiment; prepare reports using sentiment analysis tools.

Build and nurture relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals.

Organize and participate in events to strengthen community engagement and brand awareness.

Support product launches through targeted community activation initiatives.

Source and highlight user stories formarketingmaterials.

Ensure allmarketingmessaging maintains a consistent voice and tone across platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Business, Management, or a related field.

6+ years of experience inmarketingand communications.
