Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Business Development Manager within the EdTech sector. Responsibilities include developing business strategies to drive growth, identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, fostering collaboration with educational institutions and organizations, and managing client relationships. The role also involves analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, creating proposals, and contributing to marketing efforts to enhance Offenso Hackers Academy's brand presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 7 years in sales experience
• Minimum 3 years in Edtech sales
• Experience with Business Development, Partner Acquisition, and Client Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Negotiation, and Revenue Growth Planning
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
• Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to achieving targets
• Experience in the EdTech or cybersecurity industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Kochi
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
