Duration: 6 Months (4 Months Unpaid + 2 Months Paid)

Looking to start your career in Marketing and Business Development, real estate, and client coordination

SpaceXec is offering a 6-month structured internship for freshers who want real exposure to how real estate assets are sourced, evaluated, and onboarded into a modern fractional ownership platform.

This internship is designed as a learning-first program, with the opportunity to move into a paid phase based on performance.

What you'll do:

• Assist in property sourcing and acquisition support

• Coordinate with property owners, brokers & internal teams

• Support client onboarding and business operations

• Help with documentation, data collection & reporting

• Maintain internal trackers and inventory systems

• Assist in market research and opportunity mapping

Who can apply:

• 12th pass or graduates from any discipline

• Interest in business operations, real estate & startups

• Basic communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn

• Comfortable with fieldwork (own conveyance is a plus, not mandatory)

Internship Structure:

Phase 1: Learning Internship (Months 1–4)

• Unpaid (incentives)

• Focus on training, field exposure, and skill development

• Performance and learning attitude will be evaluated

Phase 2: Paid Performance Internship (Months 5–6)

Paid (stipend based on performance plus incentives)

• Continued based on discipline, learning curve, and output

• Stipend will be discussed after Phase 1 evaluation
