As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analysing data, building targeted marketing models, and strategizing customer lifecycle management to optimize campaigns. Role Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to drive growth and performance for Airtel Finance's products. The role involves end-to-end ownership of targeted marketing models and campaigns for inorganic channels, leveraging SQL, Python, and CLM tools to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Analyst will design contextual targeting strategies, run experiments, and analyse performance to meet aggressive growth targets. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving impactful marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data-Driven Marketing Strategy:

o Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for targeted marketing strategies.

o Support user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts with data-backed insights.

o Build and refine customer targeting models using SQL and Python to support personalized marketing strategies.

2. Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) :

o Strategize and implement CLM frameworks to guide customers through the awareness, acquisition, retention, and advocacy phases.

o Use CLM tools to segment customers, create contextual campaigns, and optimize lifecycle touchpoints for maximum impact.

o Continuously refine CLM strategies based on customer behaviour insights and campaign performance.

3. Campaign Analysis and Optimization:

o Use tools like SQL, Python, and CLM to track, evaluate, and improve marketing campaign performance.

o Conduct A/B testing and experiment with campaign elements to optimize key metrics like CAC and conversion rates.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Product teams to align on strategies and execution.

o Provide actionable insights that influence decision-making across the marketing funnel.

5. Growth Program Support:

o Assist in designing and evaluating marketing programs for cross-sell, upsell, and retention.

o Ensure a customer-centric approach in all initiatives to drive long-term satisfaction.

6. Market and Competitor Analysis:

o Research market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.

7. Continuous Improvement:

o Innovate marketing models and campaigns using insights from data analysis and industry trends.

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience:

o 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis or related roles.

o Demonstrated experience in owning the performance of marketing initiatives, driving growth, and optimizing business metrics.

Skills:

o Proficient in SQL and Python for querying, analysing, and visualizing large datasets.

o Experience in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), including strategizing and implementing lifecycle campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

o Expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels.

o Strong proficiency in building and refining customer segmentation and targeting models to enhance campaign effectiveness.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams.

o Strong understanding of key marketing metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), conversion rates, and engagement metrics.

o Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving marketing performance and driving impactful results.
