How will you make an impact in this role
Function Description:
This position will play a critical role in within the Consumer Business for India to share data backed insights to drive decision management & monitor key business metrics.
Purpose of the Role:
The position will deliver on several initiatives which are imperative for the market's overall performance.Areas of responsibility include strategic business analytics, Data decision management & Portfolio Analytics.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead strategic business analytics for consumer business
Key business metric reporting for analyzing trends to drive insights and timely decision making
Customer Analytics via portfolio segmentation, competitor intelligence and predictive analytics.
Develop specific treatment plans per segment to support business needs
Develop and maintain machine learning models to solve for business problems
Analyze data requirements, create a data flow & to deliver on business initiatives
Facilitate campaign analytics and enable fulfilment of marketing campaigns
Design & execute MIS Reports across LOBs and disseminate using reporting platforms such as Tableau
Build world-class data solutions by enabling automation of key data requirements to drive efficiency
Qualifications
A master's degree in computer science, Economics, Statistics or a related field is required.
Superior analytical skills and problem-solving skills are required
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data
Experience in NBFC/ BFSI / Fintech analytics is preferred
Strong communication skills
At least 4 years exposure to SQL, GCP (Big Query), Python/Hive, Tableau/Power BI and Advanced Excel
Proven ability to influence and negotiate with external and Internal stakeholders
