Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct market and account research focused on the US geography
Identify and analyze – Industry segments, Target companies, Key decision-makers and influencers
Build and maintain accurate prospect and account databases to support Sales and BD teams
Enrich lead data including company details, contacts, titles, emails, and phone numbers
Maintain and update data in CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or MS Dynamics CRM
Support business development activities such as – Lead qualification, Account mapping, Market and competitor analysis
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards
Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams based in the US

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Market Research / Sales Research / Lead Generation within an IT Services company
Strong understanding of – US geography, Industry verticals (IT, Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, etc.), US-based companies and corporate structures
Proven experience supporting Sales or Business Development teams
Hands-on experience with Market Research tools such as – Seamless, Zoominfo, Apollo.io, Lusha
Strong research skills using online tools and professional networks
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a night shift (4 PM to 1 AM IST)

Interested in building a long-term career in Market Research, Sales Operations, or Business Development
Willingness to work night shifts on a regular basis
