Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and account research focused on the US geography
  • Identify and analyze – Industry segments, Target companies, Key decision-makers and influencers
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect and account databases to support Sales and BD teams
  • Enrich lead data including company details, contacts, titles, emails, and phone numbers
  • Maintain and update data in CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or MS Dynamics CRM
  • Support business development activities such as – Lead qualification, Account mapping, Market and competitor analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams based in the US

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Market Research / Sales Research / Lead Generation within an IT Services company
  • Strong understanding of – US geography, Industry verticals (IT, Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, etc.), US-based companies and corporate structures
  • Proven experience supporting Sales or Business Development teams
  • Hands-on experience with Market Research tools such as – Seamless, Zoominfo, Apollo.io, Lusha
  • Strong research skills using online tools and professional networks
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a night shift (4 PM to 1 AM IST)

  • Self-driven and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Interested in building a long-term career in Market Research, Sales Operations, or Business Development
  • Willingness to work night shifts on a regular basis
