About the Role
We are looking for a Market Research Analyst who can take ownership of our outbound data and prospecting engine.
This is not a basic execution role. You will work on data systems, enrichment, reporting, and campaign performance that directly impact sales results.
This is a full-time, office-based position during the probation period. After successful completion of probation, the role will transition to a hybrid working model.
What You'll Do
Data & Process
Build, manage, and maintain lead databases
Handle large datasets, validation, and enrichment
Integrate data from multiple tools and sources
Ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy
Campaign & Reporting
Support and optimize outbound campaigns
Monitor lead quality and response rates
Create dashboards and performance reports
Identify data gaps and process improvements
Work with management on optimization strategy
Tools & Platforms
HubSpot or similar CRM
Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Clay
Excel / Google Sheets (advanced)
What We're Looking For
13 years experience in B2B lead generation
Strong SQL and data handling skills
Experience with data enrichment and CRM systems
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Process-oriented and structured
Good communication and ownership mentality
