Role Description

We are hiring a Research Analyst for a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Research Analyst will perform market research, analyze industry trends, and compile insights to support business decision-making processes. Responsibilities include collecting and evaluating data, preparing reports, creating actionable recommendations, and collaborating with team members to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, delivering research-based analyses to drive growth and innovation. A 2025 / 24 Passed out graduate from IIM / B Schools (Fresher)

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in working with data and identifying trends
• Proven expertise in Market Research and Research methodology
• Proficiency in Statistics and ability to interpret numerical data effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to present findings clearly to various stakeholders
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
• Should have research mindset and exploring skills
• Good at Documentation and Content generation
