Role Description
- Capture and organize customer feedback from tradeshows, demos, and conversations
- Identify patterns in feedback (bugs, feature requests, messaging gaps) and categorize into actionable insights
- Track key issues and ensure they are followed through internally and externally
- Maintain a structured system so no important feedback is lost
- Conduct competitor research (features, pricing, positioning, messaging)
- Monitor market trends and summarize key changes in the competitive landscape
- Turn raw notes and data into clear, concise insights and reports
- Share regular updates on customer and market learnings with internal teams
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Research and Market Analysis to assess trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Outstanding Communication skills for presenting research findings and collaborating with teams
- Experience with Research methodologies and tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with the retail and/or restaurant industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
