Business Development Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves generating leads, performing market research to identify potential business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams, strategize ways to expand business reach, and ensure a high standard of customer service to deliver value to stakeholders.

• Strong skills in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify and pursue business opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster and maintain client relationships
• Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify trends to support informed decision-making
• Ability to work on-site in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad with a proactive and result-oriented approach
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is recommended
• Prior experience in business development or a related area is a plus
