Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:

As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. This role requires continuously shaping and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog to align with client expectations. The day is filled with engaging in iterative feedback sessions to validate ideas and adapt strategies promptly, ensuring the product evolves in response to real user insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is central, fostering a shared commitment to delivering valuable solutions that meet and exceed client needs.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clarity and alignment on product goals.
• Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
• Monitor product performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
