This is not a telecalling role. We don't believe in blind luck or aggressive cold calling. We believe in data precision.
In this role, you will be the bridge between raw market data and closed deals. You will identify the right targets (CEOs, Founders), verify their tech needs, and hand over sales-ready intelligence to our Senior Consultants.
Key Objectives- Strategic Market Mapping: innovative use of tools like Apollo.io, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build high-value prospect lists in the IT/Software space.
- Intelligence Gathering: You aren't just collecting names; you are verifying tech stacks. (e.g., What CRM do they use, Who holds the budget).
- High-Value Segmentation: You will filter noise from gold. Your job is to categorize leads by industry and potential so our sales team focuses only on high-probability targets.
- Campaign Management: orchestrate personalized, automated email sequences using Instantly.ai to warm up prospects.
- Pipeline Architecture: Maintain strict CRM hygiene. You will ensure our data is clean, organized, and ready for reporting.
- The Handover: Once you have qualified a lead and engaged them, you will schedule the introductory meeting for our Senior Consultants.
The Toolkit You Need- Excel: Non-negotiable. You must be comfortable managing and filtering large datasets.
- Intelligence Tools: Experience with Apollo.io, Lusha, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a major advantage.
- Outreach Tech: Familiarity with Email Automation tools (like Instantly.ai) is highly preferred.

- A Student of Sales: You have 12 years of experience in Lead Gen or Market Research and treat it as a disciplined process, not a numbers game.
